Apartment Renovation & Finishing

Menlyn Maine Residence is a green, upmarket, residential development located within the greater Menlyn Maine precinct. The development boast with top security, free parking, lobby area, gardens, rooftop bar & restaurant and an infinity pool on the top floor.

The client bought the apartment from the developer but wanted a different ‘look’ for the unit. BPX was appointed to upgrade the kitchen, bathroom, BIC’s and add wall colour for a more sophisticated look.

Some of the new kitchen units were removed and amended to allow for a two-tone colour kitchen. The kitchen units were finished with grey graphite stone for a luxury look and durability. We added a large island in the centre of the kitchen to allow for additional workspace.

In the main bathroom the bath, shower, vanities and tiles were removed and disposed. The bathroom was slightly configured to allow for a more open plan flow. The retiled wall in shower with a newly installed free- standing bath is a comfortable layout.

All the finishing styles (detail and colours) for inside was carefully selected and installed by our team of professionals.

Apart from the kitchen units and BIC’s, many items were bespoke locally made in Pretoria. This includes a wooden screen and a kitchen table by our carpenter.

Works carried out by BPX include: room remodelling, HOA approval , cost analysis, project planning, cash flow monitoring, site clearance, site establishment, dry-walling, electrical, plumbing), ceilings, plastering, finishes, painting, floor finishes, tiles, doors, bathrooms and kitchen finishes and BIC’s.
