New dwelling
For a new dwelling we will prepare a comprehensive cost analysis of all cost that may occur during construction. This will include, contract, construction and completion -stages.
We will present transparent costings and talk it through in detail to make sure all stakeholders are clear and onboard.
Renovations
If you are carrying out renovation work, we will meet on site to talk through any items considered for enhancing the property. Within a day or two we will share a detailed itemised scope of work with associated costs to consider.
