Menlyn Maine Residence is a green, upmarket, residential development located within the greater Menlyn Maine precinct. The development boast with top security, free parking, lobby area, gardens, rooftop bar & restaurant and an infinity pool on the top floor.

After extensive negotiations BPX bought two apartments ‘white boxes’ from the developer. The internal layout was remodelled with dry walling and then finished with superior materials for a ‘high-end look’. All the finishing styles (detail and colours) for inside was carefully selected and installed by our team of professionals.

Apart from the BIC’s, most items were bespoke made, locally in Pretoria. This includes wooden screens and a kitchen table by our carpenter and our metal worker made steel frames for all the chairs, coffee and side tables used in the living room and bedrooms.

Works carried out by BPX include: layout configuration, HOA approval , cost analysis, project planning, cash flow monitoring, site clearance, site establishment, dry-walling, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, plastering, finishes, painting, floor finishes, tiles, doors, bathrooms & kitchen finishes and BIC’s.
